What is this song about

I think it is a Christian song and its called Disappearing World, and it justs seems to make no sense to me. Can anybody, listed to it, it's From the indie rock band Fair. Please

It doesn't read like a Christian song to me, it just seems like a heart-sick love song. I might even guess (just a guess) that it's a long-distance relationship, and the writer feels like they live in different worlds...? And the writer sees beauty in the other person's world, but he/she doesn't think that he/she could fit in there? That's the only clear guess I can make about this song.
