"LoungeVocalLatino" is obviously in Brazilian Portuguese, and appears to contain the lines "Vem comigo de verdade" (about Come with me, 'for real') and (100% sure) Minha outra metade ( = my other half). Might as well be the title.
However, it must be a pretty "indie-lounge" track since the lyrics do not seem to be on the net.

"lounge": Downtempo style. If possible, please let me know the full length of the song (mins/secs) in case that you have it in full. Might be easier to track down that way.
