Hard rock song from the 90s/00s?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knows what song is playing at the beginning of the season 1 episode "Skirt Chasers" when Nash and Harvey are searching the building? This song is only featured on the DVD episode and not the original air version. It starts off with a piano solo and some of the lyrics are as follows:

(inaudible line in the episode)

I really want to say that sounds like Axel Rudi Pell, but I'll have to keep listening =/ Keep looking.

(The vocals sound an awful lot like Johnny Gioeli of Hardline, Axel Rudi Pell, and Crush 40...)
