Chinese lyrics and translation to english

I always wanted to know what are the chinese words in this video:

A little history about these words: the video shown is from belgian band Confetti's. The video and english lyrics are goofy as hell, and were created by the singer but the chinese words were "borrowed" from Jean-Michel Jarre's Concerts in China (1981). The words said by the male around 1.53 are heard at the end of track 3 of CD1 of Concerts in China and the children around 2.45 in the video can be heard between tracks 2 and 3 of CD1 of the Concerts.

Please, can somebody write down the words in chinese and english?
