I know it's not much to go on?

Years ago a friend gave me a mix tape containing an eclectic selection of music from various eras. I loved one particular song but unfortunately have lost the tape and have been unable to find out the name of it. In fact it's been so long I'm not even sure of the lyrics. It's quite a mellow acoustic song, I'd say an american artist and possibly early nineties. I can only remember that it contains references to pink champagne and fizzy bubbles or maybe fizzy pink champagne bubbles. For some reason when I think of it I get an image in my head of a beautiful long haired woman with long boots on, so it might contain similar lyrics to this also. I know it's a stretch but if anyone has any idea what song I'm talking about I'd love to know.

Maybe ask the friend who gave you the tape? He must be acquainted with the song, and it never hurts to ask?
