I suggested this beautiful song in the thread "Song recommendations". And now i wanna know what legendary Mahasti is singing about
Failed to find lyrics in farsi..so not sure whether these ones are full :-/

For "Saghi" we can use Sommelier. It's an archaic word which can convey the meaning in English. Though, I appreciate that you didn't translate it and described its meaning instead.
