Please ID: Lively 80s pop w/horns, sounds a bit like Wang Chung

Hey there,

this one had some radio airplay where I live for a short while. Years later, I found a snippet of it from another user's ID request. It's enigmatic because I don't understand any word except "Mamma/Momma don't ...".

That liveliness in sound reminds me a bit of Wang Chung or The Other Ones.
Lots of funky horns in there, too.
