Song I've beem looking for

I heard this song in late December after Christmas and I can't remember much about it. I do know that the chorus of it was mostly a trumpet. So it went like this.. *some words* *trumpet* *a little bit more words* *trumpet* and that's all I can remember. I know the description sucks but yeah. If you get it some how thanks in advance lol. I think it has something to do with love and he might even say "this is called..." in the chorus.
