A French song from 70's (or 80's)

Hello,

I've been hearing this song from time to time on TV and radio but I was unable to identify it so far.

Now, I've managed to record some last part of it off a TV channel.

At the start, there are loud talks and you can barely hear the song, towards the end it can be heard much better. Sorry for the confusion in the record.
