Run

Here I am, once again, with just my paper and pen
I know you know this isn't where I'm supposed to be
So won't you come, come save me?
The walls are closing in, I'm staring out the window
I wish I could reach out my hand and make it stop
I'm freaking out, I can't run, why can't I run
I wanna go...
But I don't go. I stand still.
Waiting for someone to come get me, but no one will
Once again here. I should've known, I can't escape
This cage has no shape
Just walls. And once I saw a crack in a wall!
I remember how beautiful it was to look outside
I should've hit it then, maybe it would've broke down
But that hole filled with emptiness in time
So why an I trying now?
I will only get hit, and it does hurt
I'd run to you, but you'd run to her
So I'm gonna stand here, with those bloodshot eyes
I apologize.

This is unfinished, I wrote it during a Romanian language contest. It's more of a draft, but oh well.....

I missed this before and now it's way down on the page, so I almost missed it completely. This really deserves to be finished, hope you won't forget about it .....
