I am looking to ID a hip-hop / rap song that I heard a few years ago whilst at university, it's a big tune but I dont know who it is by...

I can remember some phrases... lyrics and wondering if someone can help me?

The track is a collaboration of Artists - possibly Mos Def, Pharoahe Monch, Method Man, Nas - big soundtrack with syncopated beat and brass/synth/orchestral hits... The track is before 2002 so it's not a new one...
