little boxes

I found this thread by doing a search on google to these words. The song I am looking for was from the late 60s or early 70s and was about a child beginning his first day of kindergarten. THe main theme of the song was about the child conforming. Any help would be appreciated. I originally thought the name of the song was "little boxes" but I couldn't find it under that name. It also has the line "the sky is blue and the sea is green" or something very similar.
