Depending on your expectations your answers changes.
From where will you come? (For bus or plane)
The best time changes also. More crowded like high season or silence and rest?
Antalya vs Bodrum comparing is hard. Both has big Hotels which you wont even need to take your toe out of the hotel, both has touristic places, both has nature, both has clubs and bars.... etc etc

    I see

I would come by plane and we would be a couple.
I would like to have rest in a beautiful place where I can also party and meet the Turkish poeple
I also would like to go a couple of days in Instanbul during the journey...I was told to avoid bus.

about the best time to go: I want to be sure the weather will be nice! (I mean hot I am moroccan )

Ok so as I understood you have more then a week.
Antalya is a city. The Hotels area is far from city center. Like 2 hours drive, and most of them are like all included big ones. Bodrum is a town (but big as a city nowadays) you can find small hotels or big ones near centre. And in the centre you can find everything you like. The high season for both is between june to end of august. The weather is alike in both of them like around 30 degrees Celsius.
For istanbul summer time is best because the traffic is better. For sure take a plane to istanbul from antalya or bodrum. Bus is arround 12 hrs from bodrum and 14 from antalya.( I may be wrong with bus hours but not more then 1 or 2 hours so its sure that it is a long trip)
    Feel free to ask anything.

If you are going to visit a big city it is a probability for you to find some people speaking english. If you give some details i may try to help for your questions.

Hello Tulin, are you willing to travel to Turkey in winter? And can you specify what are you willing to see in turkey in winter?
e.g : skiing, historical places etc.
