Imperativo Afirmativo

Hola, mientras estuve leido, conseguido confundido con el imperativo afirmativo, asi que tengo un poco de ayudar (btw tell me if I wrote this incorrect )

soo here from the list where I read it's written:

Hablar:

tú habla
usted hable
Nosotros hablamos
Vosotros hablad
ustedes hablen
Vos hablá

so what is this form Vos... I mean we already have the vosotros form (vos) soo this second one I dont get it

and it's the same with the other verbs which ends in 'er' or 'ir'

Vos in Spain is the same as tu in Mexico

we use it I can't say in El Salvador because I think is used in almost the whole central america anyway here is used in an informal way i.e with closer friends and people around your age for example you cannot use vos with adults or people older than you (10 years or more) it's not a rule but it's the way it works

nowadays is more common to see kids/teens using "vos" with adults as a prove of how much we have lost our values now you see it in tv shows and that kind of stuff, soon it will be the only way to call each other

so as long I understoo this Vos hablá you use it in Spain for saying you (tu) and tú habla is in Mexico for saying again you (tu) ??

y tengo una pregunta mas, cuando usais el verbo 'ser' y cundo el verbo 'estar'
