I can't remember a song, pls help

I can't remember a certain song for many years. I only remember a part of the music video.
I think it was a band from late 80's or early 90's, which makes ambiant music in enigma or mike & the mechanics style. The song's melody was awesome and divine.

In the video, there was a group of people who were carrying a giant puppet or something like a totem next to the seaside. (It was really very huge, almost as a house)
