a small question , i was about to translate the first sentence "i don't believe it "....lol just by sense,
but i made it " us " due to the presence of the "ci" in the italian sentence ..

so if it's "it ".....why didn't she say : non lo credo, sai ?
what is the role of "ci" in this sentence ?

Aside from being a reflexive pronoun, "ci" is also used to replace "in this/that", "to this/that", ecc. It's a long list of things "ci" (and also"ne") replace when you have previously reffered to them.

So "non ci credo" would literally be translated by "I don't believe IN it", reffering to the fact that she has a hard time believeing it's been almost a year.

I know I am not very clear, try reading about "ci" and "ne" (they are the correspondent of "y" and "en" in French)

i've read many many articles about them...and i understood them but couldn't apply , so i decided that i'll learn how to apply them by practice and using , like now ...
