"Tu du tu du" in francais is "Tout doux tout doux", could I understand "Tu du tu du, sólo era un sueño" as "It was just like a dream which is so sweet / soft" ?

well to be honest i took that "tu du tu du" as some kind of " la la la" that matches with the song. i mean i didnt think it has a meaning.. but now that u say in french it means softly ( and the singer is french) it may have the meaning u say.
