Solved: "i'm not crazy, i'm just little . . . " seeking song, author, lyrics

In the past year, I have heard a song I really identify with on the radio. The refrain is something like: "I'm not crazy, I'm just a little bit unwell . . . " and strangely, it is an upbeat song! I thought it was new, as in the last 2-3 years, but someone told me it was 10 yrs. old. Anyone know this English song?
