In a time when friendship is badly needed it is understood how weak we are, how easily we make mistakes and therefore how courageous we should be to forgive and start again from zero. Veryclever has explained it in such a beautiful way and I hope he will return as the Owl of Owls, wise and yet admitting he is not perfect either. It is a time to be humble, my friends, and appreciate each other, though we come from different backgrounds, different cultures and beliefs: nobody should believe only he or she has the truth at hand. Let us be reasonable.
Paul has also made a good point in seeing the similarities between different beliefs: we too have painted eggs, sat dining together in our garden and my father and mother were reading stories to us. Holland, Poland, Iran, incredibly but true.

Best wishes from Germany to all people who like to celebrate the new light, the end of wintertime, the beginning of spring, the equinox and of course the fertileness of the whole nature

To those, who had to wait for their New Year some more time than those, who celebrate the Roman New Year. From India and Uyghuristan in the East to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the West. To those, who like to paint eggs, from Sweden in the North to Egypt in the South.

And especially to those who like to jump over the fire with their friends at this time, from Northern Germany to Iran. What a beautiful tradition that joins the orient and occident and reminds us of our common forefathers who even spoke the same language, which is preserved in the word "nou/new" = "new" = "neu“ & "ruz/roç/roj“ = "light" = "Licht" (I know it is not easy to detect the relation between "ruz" and "Licht", but for example the transfer from "L" to "R" is usual from Proto-Indo-European language to Iranian languages).

My "thank you" button is absent again , so I'd like to thank you, Herr Mozart, for your gr8 wishes on behalf of those who like me live to the West of the East and to the East of the West and who moreover live to the North of the South and to the South of the North.
