    Something like this. I don't remember any lyrics specifically, but it had to be early, maybe mid 90's. It was played on the adult contemporary/ Top 40 stations in the US during my childhood. I also think there was a cover made for it.

    Nifty song, but I don't think this was it.

    It featured heavily in the lyrics, and was more rock style. Do like this song, so I'm glad you posted it.
