I'd like to make a few points if you don't mind.

I spokój o każdy nasz dzień
this verse refers to the question asked in the first line and the sense would be like:
And your confidence of our every day / peace of mind about our every day

Gdzie takie szczęście do łez
You were very close here, but literally it means:
Where's this happiness that brings tears to our eyes

Zapomnę cię nie będzie już nic
if I forget you I'll be nothing anymore
Again the sense is OK; literally: I will forget you and there'll be nothing else

Cienie we mgle jak znajdę drogę
shadows in the fog as I find the road
I'd rather translate it as: (There are) shadows in the fog - how will I find my way?

Gdzie twój stęskniony szept
where is your yearning whisper
Bym cię zawsze przytulał do snu
i would always hug you to your dreams
My suggestion: Where's your yearning whisper asking me to always hold you to sleep

Dziś wszystko podzielić chcesz
today you want to share everything
Rather: Today you want to divide everything

side note:
dzielić się - to share
podzielić się - to have shared
BUT:
dzielić - to divide (it can also mean to share, I'm afraid: eg. dzielić czyjś smutek - to share one's sadness)
podzielić - to have divided

Lecz miłości nie przetniesz na pół
but love you can't cut in half
Rather: But you can't cut love in two

Gdzie to jest? Może gdzieś w nas
where is it? maybe somewhere in us
Maybe: maybe somewhere within us

I love learning languages and since polish is close to my mother tongue croatian it isn't hard to learn for me either,
I have the dream of being fluent in all slavic languages
