i'm rather sure it's 'Bamby - Holy Night' from album 'Wall Of Sugar' (1995)
at this time bamby was the pseudonym for the german pop sisters humpe & humpe (annette & inga humpe) and the voice sounds very like inga humpe!
Edit: Now it's for sure. i got the album
and there's indeed a german word in chorus: 'ewigkeit'
