Really popular Ambient/Mellow Techno song

This is something of a stab in the dark but here goes:


I'm looking for a song which had a female voice singing "oooo ooo ooooooh..." with a mellow techno instrumental in the background.

That's all I can offer in terms of lyrics because there were no other words to the song. It was just an indistinct female voice over a soothing techno track.

It was used a lot in certain documentaries and adverts on TV. Funnily enough, I even heard it on an old nickolodeon advert.

Not too sure about the time period but I'd say it was the late 90's/ early 2000's.

I'll give 5 million internet points to whoever can give me the song title.
