* This line is very vague and it's difficult to even understand its Polish meaning at first 'cos the author wrote literally "the neon lights' 1. whispers/ 2. shouts are throbbing him" . Therefore, since in Polish the pronoun "nim" (him) can refer both to people and things and the verses of the song are sung in 1st person singular, I've chosen the city as the object of the throbbing.

I alone understand this line : neonów szept - pulsuję nim, i.e. the whisper of neons - I'm pulsating with it.
The city becomes a reflex of author's feelings, as it is in the rest of the song.
