Disclaimer: I only like this song because it's a rather skilled and vivid immitation of the Led Zeppelin genre, while I either fail to understand or don't wholeheartedly agree with its message. Since this is a blues song with a theme focus on self-destruction or taking self-pity, my hunch is it's about a suicide attempt stemming from infidelity that is about to land the author a place in a rehab.
