Some kind of religious stuff. I don't wanna touch that. Can't translate it with my level of English anyway.

My google said it was V. Yefremochkin. His voice doesn't sound as that of a pastor, and the song isn't religious at all.

Actually, Stalevar is right. At least from what I've seen. A quick search in google for "V. Yefremochkin" brings up a whole Russian worship channel.
