A Luta È Alegria - Homens Da Luta

I liked a lot "A Luta è Alegria", portuguese entry at the ESC, and since Portuguese is quite similar to my language (Italian), I think I've understood a few things of the lyrics, so I think it has a good and deep meaning. Can anybody write it both in Portuguese and English (or Italian) just to confirm the things I'm saying?

You're right. Portuguese is not that different from the Italian (for me the most beautiful language in the world, btw ). The group "Homens da Luta" (Struggle men) are a comic and revolutionary group. They have been seeking a style of music at the time of the revolution in Portugal in 1974, when it was made ​​a revolution without violence.
