    In gloomy narrow alleyways,
    And on these poor houses,
    It's raining in the slums,
And it rains in my heart as well.

World full of lies and deceits,
    You have inflamed my grief,
You are small and have no space,
    For my tormented sigh.

    So countless are my miseries,
    The world contains no more,
My days they pass so heavy by,
Just like those drops of rain.

World full of lies and deceits,
    You have inflamed my grief,
You are small and have no space,
    For my tormented sigh.

@efgaristo, Tahira! Welcome here, been a long time.... For the weekend I dedicate to these diligent visitors of the thread a few videos I think might be
nice to listen to while sitting at the seaside watching what's going on around you in a Greek harbour village/town......I'm being carried away
    now

Very nice amaryn, and yes, this weekend I will be sitting (or swimming) at the harbour in the town.

Here is a little song to take you on your road, by carriage and two horses, one black, and one white.

Grigoris Bithikotsis - Ena Amaxi Me Dio Aloga

I'd like to dedicate this fantastic piece by Eleni Karaindrou to Bateli777 for her generosity and willing to help me.

A quick riddle for all Greek music lovers - what movie does this track come from? It's one of my TOP-5 films ever. Once it was a definite no. 1 ...

    Eleni Karaindrou - Adagio

    This one goes to Safe1.

Though it's sung in Turkish, the music was composed by Stelios Rokkos. To me - a perfect combination.
And a very nice gesture by the young generation of Turkish artists to record duets with older stars.

    Here you go Jack.

    I can't live a moment without you,
My love, it was our written destiny.

I want to stay close to you,
I want to become your shadow,
    Each wound to relieve,
    That hurts you.

    My eyelids to close,
    To kiss me and die,
I want to stay with you,
    Forever more.

I feel you, I adore you,
    And long for you,
And if I ever lose you,
    I will lose my mind.

I want to stay close to you,
I want to become your shadow,
    Each wound to relieve,
    That hurts you.

    My eyelids to close,
