You can feel something coming and I'm telling you how
If you look you can see it if you listen you'll hear
Every sight every sound will tell you summer is near
And you can run, run, now's the time to be free
Time for fishing, time for swimming in the summertime breeze
Run, run, run feel the wind in your hair
Time for singing time for dancing in the summertime air
Summertime … sweet summertime
In the summertime… sweet summertime
In the summertime .. sweet summertime
In the summertime .. sweet summertime
And you can run, run as fast as you can
Down the sunny country road up to the summertime stand
Run, run, run to the top of the hill
Let the breezes come and carry you wherever they will
Summer is here Summer is here
Do what you want to do cause summer is here
Summer is here Summer is here
Do what you want to do cause summer is here
Summertime … sweet summertime
In the summertime… sweet summertime
In the summertime .. sweet summertime
In the summertime .. sweet summertime
Does anyone know the title? And who sang it? I recall that it sounds like a children's group that sings it. I am guessing the singers are Canadian since I heard the song on a Canadian radio station.
Any help would be appreciated...
