This is maybe more interesting as a historical document than for the music. It's a video recording of Manolis Angelopoulos show at the Plaka club ("Ha-Flaka") in Tel Aviv in 1987, two years before he died:

More videos from his performance at the Plaka club here:

One of my favourite songs, with Ehud Banai and Daklon:

As I usually do, I will give you the Greek original! It's a really odd cover, since the original is a Pontic (Black Sea) tune, sung in the Pontic Greek dialect. I don't know how Ehud Banai came across this one!

    Eva....
    Are you serious?
I'm still amazed at the level of interest people outside Israel show in our music.
I always thought Hebrew, being a lauguage spoken in just ONE country, is the least communicative language.
I think Ehud is a fan of Kazandidis and just like many of us searched the web for more music of his.
Just like you found the clip Thank God for Youtube !!!
Thank you for both clips...You're giving me a crash course in Greek music and a bootcamp in Hebrew music.

By myself I walk and twist and turn of my love
    Uch'sheat mechayecht ga'avati
And when you smile , my pride
    kim'at vedo'echet naflah he labor kin'ah
Almost subsides, it fell to a jealousy pit
Yeladim mesachakim betofeset al gug beiti
Kids are playing Chase on the roof of my house
    Shikor mitorer le'od yom
A wino is waking up to another day
    she'ma'leh alchohol bli tipat tikvah
That's filled with alchohol with not a bit of hope

    Ve'ulay hakol yachalof im haruach
and maybe all will be gone with the wind
    kmo ketah miseret yashan
Like a clip of an old movie
    lispor rega'im velibroach mehazman
To count moments and escape time

(that's) hitting struggling holding to stop shaking anymore
    Levadi, gam kshe'at me'chabeket yakirati
By myself, even when you're holding my darling
    Levadi gam kshe'at mazkira
By myself even when you're reminding
    she'beyachad harbeh yoter kal lisrod
That together it's a lot easier to survive
