Song played in Forever 21 in February and March 2011

I heard this song when I was in the store in both February and March. It was rather techno sounding, but slow and kind of erie, trance music perhaps? Anyway there was only a woman singing, her voice was autotuned and so high pitched that you could barely make out any words :/ except in the chorus she sang a few words then something that sounded like "in this world" or "I find myself" and after that she'd go "oo oo oo."

Sorry about the lack of details but like I said, you could barely understand what she's saying
