Song from Larry Crowne Get Ahead TV Spot

Hey, this has been driving me up the wall for the past...well, over 24 hours now. No one's been able to help me in my immediate circle of association. Luckily, I apparently got it stuck in my head off of a TV spot for a movie - Larry Crowne, to be specific. It's a song from my childhood but my family were always bad with song info and I've never heard the song mentioned over the radio.
