كلما ضاقت عليك نفسك .. لاتـشـتـكـي لإنســــان بل ردِّد.......................♥ رب إني قد مسنِي الضر وأَنت أَرحم الراحِمِين

the translation is:
Whenever you feel emotionally unrelieved, do not seek the help of a human, rather, say "رب إني قد مسنِي الضر وأَنت أَرحم الراحِمِين".

what is between the quotation marks is from Qur'an, i recommend u use a professional translation of Qur'an in order to know the most correct meaning because translating Qur'an is a responsibility and i don't wanna make any mistakes, search in Google for the professional translation of Qur'an and u will get many websites that have the professional translation of Qur'an
