Searching for song from "Last Chance Harvey"

Hi!

I'm looking for a song from the 2009 movie Last Chance Harvey" starring Dustin Hoffman and Emma Thompson.

The song is play on the daughters wedding, directly after Hofmann dances with the bride.
Parts of the lyrics are like

Google only puts me to subtitle files and I think it's not on the OST.
