looking for a 90s dance/tech song

Hiya!

I can vaguely remember the guy in the song singing the following words:

"I have dreamed, of a better day .. where there'd be sun light, night and day (...) can you hear me?
Come on and wake up"

As mentioned in the subject, it's a techno/dance song and it was awesome! I used to listen to it all the time as i had it on a cd. The CD and cover was completely white, I just don't remember the title. I do however know that it was track 9 =P

I'm looking for this song now for 5 years and still no luck.. i hope any of you guys reading this can help..
