Yosis, are you sure that number 5 (Ofer Levi, "Olam shel ahava") is based on a Greek melody? If I read the Hebrew correctly, the music is written by Arik/Eric Zinati. That doesn't sound like a Greek name to me! Achla shir, though!

OK! I was wondering about number 6 as well, which has the same composer (Eric Zinati). You know, I think Greek record industry people keep a pretty close watch on Israeli releases nowadays, knowing that the Israelis like to copy Greek songs...which makes me believe that these are Israeli originals. You can't just write "Greek folk" or your own name any longer and hope nobody will notice!

Just for fun, one of the few instances where a Greek singer has covered an Israeli song, Marietta Katsarou in a Greek version of Moshe Peretz "Elaich":
