I thought even though I do not need a "translation" I'd post this here so that someone that knows not only the language but has a good knowledge of their country's singers may help me...

It's "Ha Ha Ha", originally by Bijelo Dugme (1980) but that is ska music!
So who did this cover in classic rock?

I am pretty sure that this is the voice of Alen Islamovic.

Well, Alen Islamovic turned out to be Bijelo Dugme's singer from 1986-1989, so it would have been the same band but with new(er) singer?!
