90's Rock/Alternative Song help

New here, but i was hoping somebody could possibly help me out.. I don't know the song or artist either.

I remember hearing a song back in the 90's that mentions brake lights or tail lights. It's a pretty slow tempo song. I'm pretty sure the music video was dark for the majority of the time, if not the whole time and the singer was walking down the road. This is all i can remember at the moment. It's been bugging me that I can't figure this out.

Nope, that's not it. I think it was a mid to late 90's song
