Hi there guys,

I'm just wondering if anyone could possibly help me id the artist and track title of this below attached sample? I have been trying to find out since 1999 when i recorded it from some footage on fox sports. I initially thought it may have been something from Portishead or Boards of canada, however it isn't. Any help would be so appreciated!!
