i'm looking for this song where there was this guy (the singer) driving an old cabrio through the streets of southern california and three mexicans wearing traditional "charro" outfits on the backseat playing trumpets.

I watched this video on mtv (i'd say 2008/2009) but i don't really remember title song or the artist (was not a band).
