I don't recognize the song or group. Some lyrics I believe I hear are:

...COULD have been it. Finnish group, rock genre. Fine. But for one the length does not match (2:16); plus, I found another information source that told me this song is a cover version of "Slow Down" by Jack Earls (1956).
Time for the second shot I guess ...
