Hey! I'm trying to locate a song I heard on the radio a couple weeks ago (99% certain it was public radio, not a top 40 station). The music was tropicalia/tropicalismo and the lyrics were not in English, and almost certainly either Spanish or Portuguese. The only "lyrics" that I can remember was the refrain "didi didi bom bom" or something like that. The track had clean production so I'm guessing it's a recording from the 80s or later. It did not have that psychedelic/experimental sound of Os Mutantes' first album. It was a very happy and upbeat track. It had a BPM of I believe around 70-90 (http://www.seventhstring.com/metronome/metronome.html). I can't remember if it had steel drums.
Thanks for any help in this search!
