Well arabicsonglyrics.net's translation is mostly excellent but it got one big thing wrong: this is an Egyptian male singer singing a love song to a woman. More often than not in Arabic music, male singers address their female beloveds as though they were men (masculine pronouns, verb construction, etc.). Occasionally, though not very often, male singers might do a cover of a love song by a female Arab singer, too. It's usually considered romantic to address a woman as though she were a man (I'll leave the deep, far-reaching analysis of THAT to others).
