Please please please, anyone?

On a recent holiday i heard a song which i know is very old, late 70's maybe or 80's sounds a bit motown perhaps. Id be so grateful for any help as it brings back memories of the holiday, goes..

"Its alright, allllllright" then sounds something like "Take this love, tore it apart, its alright, alright, alllllllright". I could be wrong about few words.

If anyone knows id be very grateful.
