Help with song recorded in the early 80's

Hello, here is another song I recorded off a college radio station in the early 80's. The people in this forum are incredible and I was able to ID a song/band that Id been looking for since the 80's so Im trying again. Thanks for listening.

Sounds like a Punkish / Reggae song with possible lyrics of 'Stroking It' or 'Choking It'
