newer hip-hop song - HELP!!

hey everyone, new to the board, I GOTTA find the name of this song.

I was in American Eagle and on the tv in the back of the store, they played this hip-hop song that was so amazing, i didnt get too many of the lyrics and didnt see the tv, but it has that kinda fast forward chipmunk voice in it, and i think the chorus goes a little something like

and if ya cant say love (then chipmunk voice lyrics)

the groups sounded kinda like the black eyed peas... or bad news jones,

This is the only song I can think of with the chipmunk voice, well except for the chipmunks themselves but that's another topic all together
