This is what I hear and how I've translated it but when I look up lyrics they mix Spanish & Italian and yet all I hear is Italian. Are they still saying "viva el amor" or is it "viva l'amor(e)" ? I'm still a beginner so I've probably made many mistakes and any help would be greatly appreciated!

The translation is perfectly fine.
"Perchè nessuno potrà mai dividerti più da me, - because no one can ever separate you from me anymore" is fine, because here you use the present with future meaning, you just need to remember that in Italian is always a future. You always need the future with this kind of sentences.

Last thing, they always repeat "viva el amor" in the refrain.
