Default SOLVED: Indie song from 1995-1998 with female singer singing "ow-ow-ow" with an echo.

Hi, I'm looking for an indie song from 1995-1998 with a female singer singing "ow-ow-ow" or "all-all-all" or something else with an echo sound. She sings also: "Now!" with an angry voice, like: "Nooooooowwwww!" In the rest of the song she hasn't an angry voice at all.
I'm looking for 10 years for this song. Can anybody help me out? :-)

I'm not sure about what she is singing. For instance:

"Could it be we're starting to fall-all-all"

    Or:

"Should it be a big overflow-ow-ow"

Or something different. The "ow-ow-ow" part or "all-all-all" part is the only part with an echo. The rest of the song hasn't an echo. She sings with a calm voice, but when she says "Now!!!!" (Noooooowwww"!!!) that's the only word she sings with an angry voice.

Does anybody know the song? :-)

Thanks for helping me so far :-)
I'm still looking for the song. The only line I remember is: "Again now".

At the end of the hookline (I don't know the lines of the hookline), there is a typical echoing vocal sound. Like the echo in "Making plans for Nigel from XTC. The word "Steel" in that XTC-song has the same kind of vocal echoing sound as the song I'm looking for.

    Voice: Female
Style: Indie rock / Pop rock / Maybe folk rock
Country: Netherlands? Germany? Could be UK or U.S.A. as well
    Year:1995 until 1998 (small possibility: 1999, 2000)
