"Caer bien (o mal) alguien" is an idiom. It means that you find somebody pleasant (or unpleasant):

"Tu hermano me cae bien" is "I like your brother".
"Lacey me cae antipática" is "I think Lacey is unpleasant".

"Sharp" aparte de "agudo" puede significar "listo" y al parecer "Sharp as thumb tacks" es una frase hecha que quiere decir "de mucho cacumen" (see WordReference.com).

La segunda línea sería algo como: "La lluvia como hilos y cosa cambiante así como las hojas."

2.- no so diplomatic mean: eres caliente (like horny??)

1.- Diplomatic mean: te gustaría hacerlo?
2.- non diplomatic mean: te gustaría cabalgar/"lo"?

Es difícil lo que preguntas porque son muy distintas dependiendo del país en el que te encuentres: España, Méjico, Colombia, Argentina, etc...
