Cannot identify or find this song anywhere

I downloaded a song from an Internet site some time ago. I still have the song, tried to zip and attach - but, to big. The internet site said the song was done by The Talking Heads and it linked the clip art for one of their album. However, everyone I speak with tells me that it is not The Talking Heads and I cannot find any record of them signing this song. I cannot find the lyrics anywhere as well. A real mystery I'd love to solve. Who can do it?

I definitely hope you find this out Bill. For the record, for some reason I did a couple of searches and one of the names that came up was Rob Mello. Not sure at all, but wanted to mention that.

Man I'm almost positive thats Matt Kramer(former vocalist for Saigon Kick) but Im not familiar with that song. Will keep looking.
